Yu Hyun Jong, the Head Chef At Courtyard Marriott Seoul Pangyo MoMo Cafe

Our head chef Mr. Yu, has worked at Marriott International for over 16 years and has gained experience working at various brands of hotels. Mr. Yu is currently in charge of MoMo Cafe buffet for food and beverage business, including the monthly seasonal menu of Courtyard Marriott Seoul Pangyo, and is making his best efforts for the annual goal of quality of food and great service. Also, Mr. Yu is inspired by his colleagues. He thinks that he can get better results when his colleauges fill in his missing parts.
